Tire Pressure Gauge

Anybody know where can get a tire pressure gauge for low pressure, say 20 lbs full scale. Trying to read 10 or 12 lbs on a 50 lb gauge is not very accurate. I would prefer a dial gauge.

A low pressure tire gauge shouldn't be too hard to find, but since they're kind of a specialty tool, you'll probably pay a high price. How about the ones at gaugestore.com?

Heres the gauge i use. Priced around $35 canadian.
TPGF60, Tire Pressure Gauge, with Hose, Dial-Type, 5 to 60 psi

They have a simular one that goes from 3 - 30 PSi too
TPGL30, Tire Pressure Gauge, Dial-Type, 3 to 30 psi

there both very good quality, solid brass gauges. Also real easy to read and adjust pressure. All you have to do is find a snap on guy or you can order from the website i believe.

Most 4 wheelers and ATV come equipped with one in the toolbox. An ATV shop will surely have them. My Yamaha guage is 0 to 10 lbs/in².

Some are in metric units as in fractions of kPa (like .1 kPa). Is that deciPascals?). so 30 psi is 207 kPa. so 3 psi would be 20.7 dPa.

Most places around here sell digital ones that read to the 1/10 of a pound. I have even seen them at Sears recently.

Good info, Bird you are right they have low pressure gauges but gauges only.
Scooby074, that tpgl30 is about what I am talking about.
zzvyb6, don't think my Honda Rancher came with one, but I'm going to check the toolkit.
Digital sounds good but I think I smell a battery.

I bought a Milton today at my local ag supply. 1 to 20 in one pound increments. Looks like a normal "stick" gauge, but reads low pressures perfectly. Glad this thread came up.

Six or seven bucks. Money well spent. Every low pressure tire I own was over-inflated.
