I’m a new land owner and tractor owners as well (Kubota L2501). I recently took advantage of Titan Attachments flash sale and bought their pallet forks. I went with the cheaper ones where the forks are fixed, but can be removed from the rack. Well, short story is all I got was the rack and no forks, FedEx is missing the forks. I contacted Titan and they said they would replace the forks. A week goes by and I ask about the shipping. Well, pallet forks are on backorder now, so no idea when they will get them. The only way I can get my money back is if I send them the rack on my dime.

Did I just get swindled? I don’t see much out there review-wise about Titan Attachments.

I wouldn't say swindled, but they shouldn't have shipped the rack without the forks without getting the OK from you (the guy paying for them). Since they should have known the forks were on back order.

I think you are missing the point!
Titan shipped the forks.
FedEx lost the forks!

FedEx, the shipping company we used to trust. Now, they are no better than United Package Smashers who are only a few steps above Universal Sloppy Package Slashers. Don't even get me started on Double Handling Losers..

Sorry for my rant.. we ship all around the world and FedEx still comes out the most expensive but more reliable than the rest.
@Tr3kker sorry for your misfortune. If insured, file a claim with FedEx. They usually pay. If not insured, then unfortunately, nothing you can get here.

How does one loose a set of forks..?? oh yeah, an employee discount.. someone working for FedEx needed some.

Absolutely right @bearthebruce! How do you loose something that is 95lbs and over 48” long? I’ll tell you how, sloppy packaging by Titan. The SSQA rack I received was a joke. It was even re-labeled by FedEx because the original label wasn’t readable. The paint/powder coating is worn to bare metal in places because it was not packaged properly. I would rather have paid for shipping and had them put both the rack and forks strapped to a pallet than ship FedEx ground.

Send the SSQA rack back and eat the shipping. Live and learn. Get a proper set of forks.

we bought ours from EA... arrived on a pallet.. complete. I can't remember if we paid shipping.. seems to me we did not. I like the forks.. use them all the time in the woods because we do not have a grapple. Someday!

Someday I hope to get a grapple as well, but these forks were going to be used for moving logs and brush piles.

Fedex lost the forks (if they were shipped) because palletforks.com didn't package them securely or labeled correctly. If it came freight on a pallet the forks should have been banded to the pallet so they couldn't get lost. If they were shipped individually they should have had the labels taped on with packaging tape.

I have had several issues with their shipping and handling flaws. It took me 3 different orders to get a set of landscape rake wheels from them. Even the final box arrived broken open with parts hanging out but somehow that one had all the pieces.

Just dispute the charge and have it charged back to them. It'll take a while but you should get your money back eventually.
