I have a question about tin shears/cutters

Just ask away. A friend of mine just got a battery operated one that cuts metal siding like butter. He got it at home depot milwaukee m18 nibbler

At the farm we have a DeWalt(pictured) tin shears/nibbler(?) used on the impact driver, it works awesome on flat tin but in my opinion it's worthless for small or large corrugated or ribbed metal siding panels.
I'm looking for my best option for cutting these where I can get good clean straight cuts.
I did find on the small corrugated tin if I force it it will cut fairly straight without jamming up, on the ribbed it'll cut good part way then wander of the line and jam up on the high point causing a crappy and crooked cut.
I don't do a lot of tin work but do have a job for a relative 15 hours away and I want an affordable but good cutting shear for straight and angle cuts on large corrugated and standard ribbed metal.
I know cheap is cheap but can't afford a top of the line when once the jobs done its going to rarely be used.
I'd rather buy than rent as I do do some occasional tin cutting in my wood working hobby.
My questions are, shears or roller type?

Not sure if this is what you mean, but for making long straight cuts across the corrugations (or with the corrugations), I just use a circular saw with metal cutting blade. For small cuts, like nipping corners or cutting a hole I just use the appropriate tin snip or air-powered snip.

Sorry, I misspoke on that post. I only use the metal cutting blade for thicker sheet steel. For the corrugated panels, I just use an abrasive wheel in the circular saw like this:

That makes sense. The other blade reminded me of years ago when we turned the carbide blade around and cut tin and the noise was unbelievable and I didn't want to go through that again.

You'll definitely need hearing protection with the abrasive blades too, but not quiet as bad as the carbide blade. They are messy too, but get the job done.
