Mowing tractor, loader mounted mower deck ???

is there such a thing as mowing deck either finish cut or rough cut to attach to tractor loader arms working off hydraulics, thought it might save all that looking back thanks

Bobcat makes a mower to fit quick attatch and is operated by a hydraulic motor, and you can get either a 72" or a 90", depending on how wide you want to cut. Several manufacturers make brush cut mowers of various sizes and types that are hydraulically driven. I have a 90" three bladed finish mower I have been using to cut 56 acres for the last three mowing seasions on my Bobcat Toolcat. Mowing out in front and being able to see what you are about to "accidentally" run over is great. My wife, however, says now I have no excuses for cutting up stuff she plants in what I think is a stupid place!
Warning, expect severe sticker shock!

have any idea if the bobcat 90 inch deck might fit a bobcat tractor or any other brand tractor , i have used the 72 inch deck your talking about when i tried out a toolcat, but since i'm only going to do mowing i thought i'd try a cheaper route by seeing if a tractor could use the same type front deck attachment thanks

Just a thought. I just sold a swisher 60" self powered finish mower that I hadn't used since I had the tractors. But I always wondered what it would be like front mounting this on the loader frame. It was made to be pulled or front mounted on an ATV (All 4 wheels could caster if I wanted). These are generally 2K or less and are self powered. I could have even mickey moused it about 5 minutes using my pallet forks with short chains on it to the swisher.

I agree it is nice to have the blades out front.
