You couldn't just push it over with the FEL?

Imagine what noise this thing is going to make when it falls! I'm contemplating measuring this as I'll be in that area probing a downed tree that is covered by brush. Machete time!

Folks are free to take a stab at guessing the diameter (at 5' off the ground) I'll get from this beast.

My guess is 6 feet 3 inches. :tree:

Before going on and measuring the Cottonwood () I'm engaged in the start of the construction of my woodshed. I suppose one could say that this meets the criteria of "wood" and "tractor," especially since you can see some of my crates of wood in the background

At what toy store did you find that authentic rear attachment for that little die cast tractor?

How high do you figure that tree stands? ...and how far back did you have to stand to get it all in the picture?

It is a behemoth!

You don't need the crates to qualify, unless that post your bucket is propping up is something other than wood.

Here is how I like to do it. I built a head board and racks that fold up. Process the wood at the stump when I can, pile it on the racks load the bucket back the rack into the wood shed, turn around and dump the bucket of wood on top the rack.
The wood gun takes 30" wood.

I'm a little late to your party... but I have to admit, this is almost common occurrence for me. I work my BX hard and am negotiating slopes which intensifies the problem of overloading the FEL. This happens even with the BH installed.

We use to say that but overtime things change.

I thought it would be different in Washington State but have found it's not the case.

Any one remember when California started with emission controls and unleaded gas? Many of my car friends insisted it would NEVER happen in their state but here we are.

Yeah 'we' used to think the Californians were nuts. Now we Washingtonians are too!
