Be careful on the chains and ratchets - you may need DOT approved stuff. I ran through a Colorado roadside safety inspection station last fall (they were pulling everyone over) and got warned to replace some of my stuff. They were very nice about it and explained what I needed). They were checking drivers license and a walk around safety check and had a drug dog sniffing around. Where I am at in Colorado we see a few of the mules and their illegal cargo coming through here once in a while.
