Looking to completely redo my triple axle pintle (8000lb dexters) with new tires rims, are Alcoa rims worth the extra cost? Looking to haul a 13,000lb Mini Ex and would like some opinions on this.

I've noticed the Alcoa's seem to only be rated for 3500, which still puts me well within the safe working limits of my load. Are they worth the extra coin.

I'll be hauling mostly through Rockies

I would get wheels rated to haul what the axles are rated. So no, the Alcoa wheel is not worth it.
