TSC Out Here Outlet is Misleading

TSC sends out periodic emails which contain very misleading information regarding their product pricing. They have what they call the "Out Here Outlet" Tractor Supply Company - Out Here Outlet it shows items with "discounted" prices. The page has an "Availability" column showing Online/In-Store which would make you think that the discounted price for the item applies whether you order it Online or go to the store to buy it. Guess again. It is an Online order price only, which means you get tagged with S&H costs as well. I spoke with the store personnel about it and was told that the discounted price did not apply to the store. The young man also said he gets lots of similar complaints. Not satisfied, I called TSC Customer Service and was told basically the same thing. This young man was very apologetic and assured me he would take my concern to the proper department .
Just one more example of the poor management practices of TSC. I don't know how they stay in business?

I would go broke if I bought from the TSC out here. They are easily 20%-30% more expensive than the local mom and pop stores. And when I buy from the small stores chances are the person ringing up the sale is the store owner so the service is great and I like to be on a first name basis with the people I buy from.

Needed a replacement trailer light recently, TSC wanted $13 for it, same one at WalMart was $10 and I bought it at Agrisupply for a little under $6!
