My new tractor (one of the above, as of yet undecided, buy bought early this week!), will require turf tires for some commercial landscaping work once per year.
It sounds like there are a handful of different turf tires, the salesman will tell me all about them when I get back to the dealer this week.
I don't want to buy more than what I require! I know the tires vary greatly by price. I know about the extra wide ones, price was nearly $3k. Ouch.
I will be loading mulch by FEL across turf areas and dropping it into the garden beds. Damaging the lawns would be terribly expensive to repair, and plywood just wouldn't work, it would be A LOT of plywood and a lot of time fiddling with it. If I were to use plywood I would think 3-4 guys with wheelbarrows would be faster. Maybe not cheaper, but less headache which is often priceless!
Any suggestions on tires or method much appreciated. Thanks again!
