Hi y'all, first post here.

I'm weighing a used BX22 TLB w/ MMM versus a brand spanking new BX25 without the BH, but with loader and MMM. They both price out at 15,100.

The BH on the used unit has a nice thumb, and the loader has added brace and hooks welded on. This tractor is just shy of 1000 hours, and looks as though it has been used hard but well maintained.

Thanks for any opinions as to prices and as to which way I should lean. The tractor will primarily be used for mowing, harrowing riding rings, and loading manure and gravel, but having a BH would be awfully handy.

My former neighbor has a BX22 and it is a great little machine.

However, there's no way I'd pay $15,100 for a BX22 with 1000 hours. It should be more like 9-10k.

The backhoe price on the BX25 isn't that bad, especially when taking the financing deal into consideration. Right now, new machines with the finance deals tend to be better deals than many used machines.

If you are set on used so you can get a backhoe, keep looking - there are much better deals out there.

Wow - 1000 hour BX22  Can I get whoever priced that tractor is smok'in?!

I sold my BX22 (see pics) this past January with 700 hours that was in mint condition for $11,500.00 and felt it was priced just right right.

A BX22 with 1000 used hard hours (IMHO) should be priced more like $9 ~$10K.

I'd go new (0% financing as well) in a BX minute!

Thanks guys - I should clarify that the 15K number is after sales tax.

The BX22 TLB is 12,000 without the mower deck, which would be added new. So the asking price is high, but not SO high.

The BX 25 comes with a backhoe, period, end of story. There should be no way to buy one without it new. If the tractor you are looking at is minus a backhoe someone swiped it for a different sale. The price after sales tax is not that much less than a BX25 should be with the backhoe, and without tax.

Hi dstutz,
New BX 25, TLB, 60" mmm, out the door, and delivered $17,200.00. With 0% fiancing for 60 months, you can use your money as you want. That 23 is way wrong $$$.
