Hi,
I am going to look at a 2001 BX22 TLB w/60" MMM on Saturday. It has 200 Hours and is in excellent condition. Can anyone tell me what a fair price is for this? Is there a source for used tractor values? Thank You!

I have a 2002 and I have seen Bx22's with 54" mower from $12K to over $14K+. Depends on supply/demeand, location, and other dealer prices.

A new one will run you around $17,500. So he's averaging around 50-75 hours a year which isn't a heck of a lot. I would be willing to pay anything under $13,000.
