Vintage 6v headlight identification

I found a head/tail/utility light with a VP 436 part number in an old toolbox, any idea to the make and approximate year? Google is giving me a migraine

Hold it a certain way and you can see some red in the bulb. The previous owner worked a lot on Caterpillars and Fords.

Rear facing work light possibly. The older ones had a switch to change between white for field and red for roadway.

The 36 probably references the size - par 36
