Anyone have success sealing a slight leak in foundation wall from inside ? We have very small leak in the area where the sewer pipe(black plastic) exits thru the foundation. I would like to try something to see if I can cure it ? Ideas ?? actually appears to be coming from just above the plastic pipe, in the concrete. also looks like some product is already there, hope to go over and seal it up !

Thanks

Hydraulic cement is the usual product for this. I hired a guy to come in and seal up one small leak I had. He drilled diagonal hole into the crack then injected some secret sauce under pressure. It oozed out the inside of the crack and the outside of the foundation. Stopped the leak. It wasn't very expensive.

Hydraulic cement as already mentioned. It expands some as it cures, will cure in presence of moisture, and should have you dry in no time.

Hydraulic cement, then when it is cured, finish the surface with UGL water seal paint. Your problem will be solved.
