I seriously considered the 200 Multimatic before settling on the 211 MIG. Figured I would save some serious $$$, learn one method and hopefully get good at it before moving to TIG. I am jealous.

Is the Miller 200 limited to DC only? If so you could always pick up a bottle of helium, to weld aluminum. This is the results I got with my import DC only import SMAW welders. No foot pedal, which really makes life easy when Tig welding aluminum!

Does the tungsten tip stay sharp with DC? What tungsten did you use? Might want to try this.

I've got to the point where all I use is 2% ceriated tungsten. And yes it stays sharp all the time.
