Bobcat CT 235
I saw my first one on the interstate today, looks like Bobcat is breaking into more of the botas market

Wouldn't doubt it. Bobcat is a big brand. Local city yard here had a cabbed CT450.

I was looking at Kubota, until the salesman said, "Here is the brochure, info is in there." He walked away, too busy for me I guess. I walked away too. Bought my CT230 and many implements since then.

My experience was lots like Canada's.

My good neighbor has a Kubota and its a nice tractor. So, I went to the Kubota dealer (about 50 miles away) and he didn't have the model I wanted to test and "had no idea when he could get that model". He also carried John Deere and wanted to sell a Deere.

So, driving back home I stopped at the Bobcat store, test drove and worked a CT235 and bought one the next week.

So far I have 64 hours and I love the thing. Even my neighbor (who said I was nuts before the Bobcat was delivered) is coming around to saying maybe I wasn't so nuts after all.

I am a landscape contractor and have a 335. We are so impressed with it, we will be purchasing another soon. My family has Kubotas and John Deeres on the farm and thats all I ever knew growing up. I purchased a Bobcat tractor, one for the price, and two because we have been using Bobcat machinery and am very very pleased so why not. 1 dealer for everything. Easier logistically.

When I was shopping, I looked at Botas first (didnt like the chinsy parts, especially the control levers) then I looked at Deeres (way to much money, and then they tried to steer me to their "lowline", then I looked at NH (they were just ugly except for the Boomer 8N and that was WAY too much money, then I looked at Cub Yammars (looked good but was just a wee bit nervous about some stories I was hearing) and then I looked at MF (liked the tractor, and made a good deal but ulimately the dealer made a statement to me that made me lose all confidence in my ability to trust him, and I had known him for almost 20 years, and had bought many peices of equipment from him years ago before he started his own business)

Ok now for the jist of my long winded dissertation, I had no dealer just walk away from me, nor did I have any that showed disinterest in selling me anything.
My only dealer issues were at the deere dealer and the MS dealer, one trying to sell me something that in my opinion I did not want just because his product was over priced, and the other one making a stupid statement that was so outlandish that it made me feel like I could not trust him.
