Well you all wont have to answer stupid buying questions from me anymore-well the operating forum still has me I guess. Signed for a TC40DA hydro with fel and 5 ft bushog today, with 350 hrs, for $17500. figured with the hydro i better stick to 5 instead of 6ft on the mower. Look out, dumb operator questions to follow...

Good luck on the tractor, nice,with 40hp, why would you be afraid of the 6ft mower?

stayed with the 5 partly for tight operating areas, but also due to pto hp being only 33. I guess I should have a 4 and a 6 but that'd be kinda expensive for a newly poor NH owner so I split the difference.

Congratulations on your toy. I've had a TC40DA (hydro) for exactly 3 full days, and I love it. Put 12 hours in on it this weekend. It pulls a 6' cutter fine.
