And what are your thoughts on the story(s) you herd about our "blackout" here in Portugal and Spain this past Monday that lasted 10/13 hours?
Spain had shut down the base load on April 16 and temperatures started to rise Sunday the 27th what could go wrong, the governments claim it was a atmospheric phenomenon that zapped the power from the grid, I guess they forgot they shut it off over a week ago to try out the RE only. More lies.I saw a story on the news but wasn't clear at all on the cause. Failure of the grid due to renewable energy issues? Shutdown of base load generation? Incompetent operation? What was it?
Sky News in Australia has no problem same day it was going on.Is the news media digging in to get the truth out? We simply can't afford to have unreliable energy delivery.
If we had a nationwide (or even statewide) blackout of that duration, they'd have to declare martial law here.
