The skid steer tires are overall very stiff. The trencher tire will have a little more side wall flex and should be similar or softer ride. Wider tire should be a bit softer. With the steering of the TC, trencher tires should last a very long time but with less overall rubber on the treads, not as long as a skid steer.
Here is a link to another company which has an 8 ply trencher tire to get the higher load ratings with a 29x1250-15 size. Rated for 3400 lbs, which is way more than enough.

I expect these high ply and less common trencher tires to be expensive!
The 29x12.5-15 trencher tire will fit on the TC 12.5" turf rims. If you are running 29x10.5-15 skid steer tires, then you will need new rims.
