Oil & Fuel What type of oil should be used in a 3020

I have been using Rotella 15w-40. Is that okay or is it more for just diesels? 95% of the tractors run time is for doing hay.

Awfully good oil that.

No matter if your 3020 is gas. Although, for winter, the synthetic 5w-40 Rotella would flow a lot faster for cold startups. That 15w-40 will be mighty thick at -10. I see you're in Michigan.

It is a 3020 gas. It only gets run a cpl of times in the winter, to move it and get something out from behind it.
