I know there was a thread some time back on this, but can't find it.....almost 80 hours on my little tractor, and I think it needs to be waxed...any ideas? turtle wax ok for the plastic?
I did wax mine. Once when it was brand spankin' new. I used canauba wax, did it real good. Two years later, I don't do anything for the poor thing. But I still get folks asking if it's brand new. That wax makes the dirt just fall off.'
Hey I am going to wax mine.....and its a brand spankin new JINMA!!! Maybe one day it'll bring a little more cause it'll look like new in case I have to move up to a kubota or a deere......of course I will have to save for another 5 years......
Why wouldnt I want to take care of my investment???? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I agree with you. I saved for years to get my tractor. I would and Will take Extra Good Care of my Investment.
I use a wax made by Rain - X and it does very well on plastics and metal. It is a creamy paste and easy to apply. It has ingredients that help protect it from harmful sunrays as well. Makes a slick finish which help from briars and limbs from scratching the surface as well.
