Hiya,
I'm here. Mine is an old '92 W250, 12 valve that's basically stock w/175K on it. Runs great. The injector pump went south at 90K but because I took the service managers advice right after I bought it and waited to do the pump recall the early 92's had when it died, it was a freebie on Dodge. Other troubles it has given me is it ripped the lugs off the converter and snapped the flexplate at 110K. The only other thing is I can't keep U joints in it longer than a year.
It has the 47rh (I think) in it. I change the fluid (Amsoil) and adjust the bands once a year and it still shifts like new. (Actually it shifts better than new, I put a Fairbanks shift kit in it the first time I had the pan off the trans) I fully expect to get another 175K out of the trans.
