Which Gempler's liquid ballast adapter for CK30 / CT230 R4 tires?

I'd like to fill my Bobcat CT230 rear tires with ballast. I found a local source with Rim Guard for $2.50/gallon and am planning to pick up 60 or so gallons next week.

I've seen links to Gempler's fill adapters but I'm not sure which is the correct one to use. Is it the first one or the second one:

I have R4 tires if it makes a difference.

I've used the first one you have listed and it will work on the valve stems of the R4 rims which use standard valve stem size for inlet. It has adapters for three sizes but a manual air vent which wasn't a problem. I've never seen the style of the second one but from their explanation, it might work if their idea of air/liquid tire valves is the standard valve stem size. A reviewer tried this second one for his lawn&garden tractor tires, standard valve stem like the R4, and it didn't work. If you're close to a Tractor Supply Store, they also have the first one which is what I would get.
