Who rides motorcycles?

Just installed to throttle tamers on both CRF250Rs today, to aid in woods riding.

New cables and grips on one of them too. Great father/son time

Great Times - but if you are going to do woods riding I would suggest some hand guards.

Also, we did get the Ninjette for my wife to learn on and ride. She took a motorcycle safety course and rode a little. But ultimately decided she preferred being a passenger. She was just too nervous.

I figure in a few years I'll get a new body style Goldwing so we can both be comfortable. It's a little much having both of us on the big adventure bike. It's so tall it ends up being exhausting for me with the extra weight up so high, and the seat is small and pegs are up so high that it's uncomfortable for her. On long rides of course. Around town is fine, but I like traveling and exploring the country. I like to take a week and ride 3,000-4,000 miles.

Have you ever taken the new Goldwing for a test ride ? If not I’m pretty sure both you and the wife will be amazed at how well they ride and handle !
Russellville Honda usually has test ride Goldwings available and makes some excellent deals if you decide to buy one.

Yes, we rode a demo a couple of years ago. I was impressed with how nimble it felt on the couple of miles we rode it. I liked the DCT also. I'm several years out from buying one though.

My mom got some bad health news recently, and I have several projects I need to get done around the new house that her health issues will push out since I'm going to be spending as much time with her as possible. I won't feel good about leaving on a "vacation" until all the health issues are sorted out and I get my projects done.

I have two trikes Goldwing 1800 yr 2003 and a Valkire 1500 yr1999 like them both age 79 try to ride often live in Michigan

Oil changes, air filter cleaning, chain cleaning and lube... Can't wait for the next run to the park.

This bike has never started easy. Had issues with it not wanting to set an idle between 1200-1800... And if you did see the idle higher, it would hang when you closed the throttle. The high idle circuit also never worked right. Well, I fixed that. I've tried throttle body cleaner, compressed air... But an hour in the ultrasonic at 165F did the trick. Starts second kick, I can set any idle I want with 50rpm increments and the high idle circuit works!

It was a warm and sunny spring day here, so I Opened the big doors to take the VFR out for the first time today.
Turned the key, listened as the fuel pump came up to pressure, set the choke, punched the starter butten.......

It's on the charger now... :-(

Got her back together, and she rips
