Can anyone tell me is a Woods BH9000 Groundbreaker the right backhoe for a Kubota M7060, and is there a subframe kit?

Yes and yes.

Woods makes a great backhoe...but Kubotas factory offering is much better and actually made by Bradco. It's going to cost a little more but well worth the money and much easier to remove (this is very important)

I agree with Texbest. I had a Woods BH1050 on my New Holland and it was a great backhoe. A bear to take on and off. The Kubota BH92 on my MX5200 is easy on/off
