Just South of Guthrie; not quite that much here, but too much for comfort.

Re: Would You Believe Two Feet of Snow In Oklahoma? No!!

Bumping the old thread since it didn't get the response that I expected.

Would you believe two inches fell this morning?:

Looks like my yard here South of Guthrie, except it's been full of birds around the feeder and several deer wandered in this afternoon.

We had blizzards but only a couple of inches left. Went out to get the mail. Hunting season just ended. Not a Deer track to be seen. I'm sad and really, really pissed!

Couldn't get on TBN this morning, but this is what we awakened to: got 6" of heavy wet snow. Should normally be about 45-50 degrees.

In 1971 I was in the Army and temporarily stationed at Ft Sill, enroute to Vietnam. They got 10" of heavy wet snow. Ft Sill and the entire surrounding community shut down. Those people didn't know how to deal with it. I was living off base in a Duplex. Another Soldier and his wife in the other half. He was from Minnesota. We built a huge snowman in the front yard. Had a blast playing in the snow all day. :)

Yep, that is where the title came from, the Get Smart TV Show from 53 years ago.
