x324 or z425 for 1 acre?

I'm ready to buy a mower and wonder if there's some real-world advise for deciding between these two... I have a tractor w/ FEL & brush hog, etc. to do snow clearing, etc. So the purpose of the tractor is to be a dedicated mower.

I haven't ever used a zero-turn. I've heard the ride is rough. Any comments?

I'm looking for the best quality cut - not necessarily in the shortest amount of time. After all, it's only an acre, so I'm guessing the difference between the two is less than 10 minutes.

Also, resale-wise, which do you think is better?

I just recently tried out one of each and decided on the x324 for my 2 acres.The deciding factor was a few steep hills I have.I thought the zero-turn was hard to handle on the hills,The all wheel steer on the 324 is nice around trees and seems to have plenty of power,although I have only put 6 hours on it so far.I would try out both.Let me know what you decide?
