I was in southern Oregon yesterday and the price of 7/16 osb was well below 60 dollars. It was $59.25 a sheet. I overcame the urge to buy a unit. Gas was $3.25 for regular and they pumped it for me. Here in norcal it is 4 bucks a gallon and you pump it yourself!

YUP! I can wait for the prices of lumber to go down will be
working on other projects. Godda get my rife machine back
up and running again. Neighbor's son brought him over as
he couldn't open his eyes he just came from the doctor's office
and the doc wasn't able to help him so he came to me and in
4 days he could open his eye lids and that's been over 6 months
ago and he's doing just fine. You will find a lot of so called rife
machines on the internet $4000 or more and you have to hold
paddles and they are not worth the money. When Dr Bare in
Albuquerque N.M. he worked with Dr Rife and I got a manual
from Dr Bare. Build the unit worked great after 10 or 15 years of
use power supply died and I don't know what else happened.
Another item is Doctors treat people for gall bladder problems
if it keeps on should see another quack uh doctor and get checked
for cancer of the colon. Or check with the natural healing people
and get checked for mercury poison as merc pois will shut one
organ after another and gall bladder is the first one to go.

If California keeps going that way, they'll stop being a big tax donor state and join the other states with their hands out federal dollars. It will be awhile yet though.

Looks like the demand for people is going in the right direction. Would love to see the price of lumber follow that trend. Meanwhile......I mill!
