It's the Japanese-market twin to the YM240 they sold in the US.

YM240 manuals (in English!) cover 99.9% and the differences are obvious. For example the pto is 2 speeds for the US version and I think 3 speed on the Japanese version.

I have an extra manual. I just sent you a PM, Private Message.

Note your heading included ‘Green’ tractor. Mostly this implies age of the tractor and some cosmetic difference. I do not know when the YM2000 when from green to red, while there may have been minor mechanical changes, any major changes typically changed model numbers in some manner. An example would be the power-shift transmission changed the last 2 digits to xx10 and later to xx20.
The green to red did change things like the headlights from the side of the front to above the grill.
There were probably other changes, but typically not major mechanical stuff.

Winston did grab the correct YM2000 manuals from the Yanmar Tractor Owners Group on GroupsIO. How can I tell?

The early model manuals are YM1700-YM2000 1st Edition (Tree Frog). Then there is the YM1700A-YM2000A (Apple Red). And finally the YM1700A-A-YM2000A-A (Apple Red updated).

These models couldn't have the last digits changed because of the 2-cly following of the YMxx00 series. The YM2500 and beyond broke that rule much later when John Deere linked up with Yanmar.

Wish there were actual service manuals for the YM 4-digit series. It's unknown if these things ever existed to begin with.

BTW, there are YM Apple Red machines with headlamps on the sides and not in the top grill. :)
