I think the yanmar suit was also something about the likeness of a yanmar as well ....
I don't know why they haven't gone after this place,, In fact, when Fredricks 1 started selling these tractors, he was using a Zen-Noh decal instead of a yanmar decal Hoping to keep down a law suit...,My yanmar still boast this decal

Just got off phone w/them. Asked about getting parts for these MitsuMars. He said,"that they go thru a place in Texas (HoyeTractors) to get most of their parts, but can go str8 to dealer on some things".

I wonder which dealer that would be,, Yanmar or mitsubishi ?? :laughing:


If I had to lie,, I just wouldn't sell them..
Maybe,, I should start painting my new A/C units, Put the yanmar decal on them, and start selling /installing new or like new Yanmar A/C units !!!:laughing:

Ok I get all that, but why not let the consumer know they are really a yanmar tractor? Why hide what it really is?

cause you will be sued!! You cant sell "grey market yanmars" unless you were specifically named in the legal settlements and court orders or are one of the authorized parties "dealers".

Telling or promoting it as a yanmar by them would be illegal.
