ym2000 lift leakdown

Hey, the YM2000 I am working on the 3pt lift drops down right after I shut if off, is this normal for this model? MY YM2210 will stay up for days.
All of this with the lift in the up position.

Probably piston seal in the lift assy.

Where is that located? I did replace the seal that was bad around the shaft just under the seat that looks like where the spring and handle move it?
It was bubbling oil out before I replaced it and really thought that was the problem.

You have a shut off valve under the seat (large). Screwing that in will isolate your 3pt control valve from the cyl. If the seals are bad in your 3pt, it will leak down with the valve in. If it stays up, something in your 3pt is likely.

do like jerry was talking about. Raise your lift , Close the valve under the seat. If it still leaks down you will have to take the lift assy. apart & check/ replace the piston o- ring.( they mabe other seals in there as well) Your fluid is by-passing the seal causing leak down

thanks, I will try it this week. When I was playing with it last i turned the knob when it was running and it seemed to start bogging down so i opened it up all the way.
