You Know You Are Old When

Egg sandwich...
In a glass bowl about 5" diameter
2 eggs
1 pat of butter
1 dollop of real mayonnaise
pinch of salt & pepper
whisk it all until the lumps are gone
microwave for about 90 seconds or until the center is not runny.
put on toast with a slice of cheese.
mmm good.

Picked up a dozen eggs for $1.49 and a pound of Bob Evans sausage for $1.99 last week. I'll stay home.

Pan scramble 2-3 eggs with a rubber spatula. Dice and add red onion. Season to taste
