Zetor 7245 Info/Help???

I am looking at picking up a Zetor 7245 4wd with cab and FEL. The unit has about 3000 hours on it. Just wondering what peoples opinions are on this tractor and what things I should look out for? What are the costs of operation etc.?

This will be used mostly in the winter for blowing snow and moving material through the deep snow. Only about 200 hours a year maximum.
