Fuel Filter TC45DA/ TC Series

If I were you, I'd do 2 things. One, I'd install a strainer in the filler pipe (Kubota sells them btw) and they are cheap and 2, I'd install a Racor fuel polishing filter between the tank and the existing fuel bowl on the tractor.

Good idea.

Do you have a part number for the Kubota strainer?

I have a Racor 445 30 micron filter on my diesel storage tank.

I am not familiar with a fuel polishing filter got a link to one?

You have one on your bulk tank, I run them on my tractors. I use the IFJF bases (lots cheaper) and the Racor elements spin right on. In fact I like the IFJF bases better because there are 2 inlets and 2 outlets in each base and instead of 50 bucks, they are 20 bucks. Just installed one on my F2880 mower 2 micron Racor filter element.

Every Kubota dealer stocks them I believe they are around 10 bucks and drop right in. You'd be amazed what they catch too. I get grass, bugs and small twigs and I bulk fill as well. All that stuff migrates to the bottom of your fuel tank and eventually blocks the fuel flow. Kubota used to supply them with every new tractor. Must have gotten cheap. Fit right in the filler neck and come with various size bases so one size fits all.
