thanks for the replys.
I bought 3 new blades and would like to keep the others for back up.
I currently use a Milwaukee die grinder while the blades are still on.(looking for the best way)
wow what a pain in the --- taking these blades off.--Do you have any tips on a better way to get them off I used a block 4x4 then I use breaking bar with a pipe for a extender and bang she pops then I used the ratchet, my impact gun will not do it.
getting back to the right tool for the job of sharpening --is the bench grinder the only one with the built in angle feature?
I ended up getting a 3/4" impact wrench from Harbor freight. I think the torque is over 1000 ft-lbs. This will snap the nut loose and the you still have hammer the bolt out. I just went through this in the spring. Might tackle it again in the fall.. Didn't have all the grinding wheels I needed.
