I did consider the power beyond route, and I do understand the added value for 3-pt implements including TNT adjustments, but.....
After agonizing about the choice, mostly with the maintainence of a small gas engine weighing on my mind, as I said, JJ mathemagically proved for me that with the low output of the hydraulics of my Kubota B2320, it would most likely have a glacial cycle time.
We also weighed the always welcome opportunity to use Lowes' money for a year interest-free, which I love to take advantage of, I think that finally sold me on the Troy-Bilt, that, and the fact that we had rented the same model from the local family-owned rental store, and liked it- also the owners of the rental place gave it high marks for reliabilty despite (ab)use by stupid renters (like me, I guess).
