I just lowered the front end 3 inches on the bumper mount and looks like we have lift off. IMG_8907.jpgIMG_8908.jpg is that bucket too small though?

I would stay with that. the bucket will hold all you can lift.
I have put 5 loaders on tractors none were made for the size I mounted them on.
Looks good to me.

 If it works for what you need it for that is all that matters.

It can be used on that tractor. It depends on what you expect to load or use it for. I would lower the front subframe mounting points a bit and definitely brace to the rear axle.

If only the front mount is lowered the bucket wont have any curl at all and would probably not even be level when the bucket is on the ground.

(edit) I think the latest pic, posted while I was posting, kinda proves my point.

i see that in comparison to other pics as well on the net by the amount of ram showing from the curling cylinders.

You've done well to get this far. But if the bucket isnt at least level when its on the ground its going to make any loader work pretty frustrating. Having no curl means you'll lose half your load, and you'll have to carry the bucket very high which not the safest thing to do, and can make for dirty work in windy conditions. You'll also have no 'break out' force, which is usually very important when digging into clumpy ground or a hard packed dirt or sand pile.

Dunno what you can do about it. Maybe the bucket hinge points can be looked at.

Ideally when the bucket is on the ground you want to be able to raise the front edge at least 20degrees. (Just guessing)

I hear you there. Lowering the mid frame isn't feasible. Lowering the top pin holes probably not worth it- haven't checked with hydraulics til the week but- really, a smaller loader such as this vs/ a bigger loader using the same tractor pump- is there any advantage to having a smaller one besides perhaps speed? probably not so stepping up like someone said might be the best next step.
Thanks for the encouragement and the mental fix.
