I have the Bobcat, so it also has the telescoping lower arms. And yes it does make it a lot better for hookup.

I think the most important thing though is to be carefull backing into your equipment so you do not have to wrassle it, get close the first time.

My thoughts on quick attach 3ph's is the loss of weight capacity, I know a lot of people do not use all of the capacity but some come close and 6" derating would be a large portion of their capacity.

I guess in some folks cases it could be a blessing as well, if they do not have enough weight in an implement for the fel

I tried to purchase the stabilizer bar, but could find no place that it was sold separately. So being as I already had hitch prior to knowing of this site, i made purchase elsewhere.

Give Pat's staff a call. They seem to be top quality in service too.

I have some longer top links that I keep in stock. They are $25.00 - $30.00 and made really sturdy. If anybody is interested just call me.

Pat, will these work on a 1983 Allis Chalmers AC5050?

Pat's Easy Change System is AWESOME.

We installed Pat's system when we removed the box blade and hitched to the bush hog so we had never "changed" implements after installing Pat's hitch.

Tonight we removed the bush hog and mounted the 8' box blade. It was the first time in my 50+ years of implement hitching that it was a pleasure. It was the most easy and safe change of implements in my life with no hands in harms way with the tractor running.

I was concerned the hitch would not hold up with the Cat 2 heavy duty 7' bush hog but it did many hilly acres without failure.

Thanks Pat.

I have a set. They work good, especially on the heavies things like backhoes, plows, etc. I did have to get any extra long toplink but the lower arms go feather down now to hook in to box blades, rakes etc.

I need the Pats easy change for a john deere 3320 that was brand new in 2007. Which one do I need?

Add me to the list of Pat's Easy Change System happy customers. My 3720 was delivered last Thursday. I had the telescoping draft links on my 4720 and while they were helpful I always felt they fell short in making attaching and detaching heavy three point hitch empliments easy. So rather than pay the $300 for the telescoping links I decided to go with Pat's system. I'm glad I did.

I ordered the system on-line Tuesday morning. I received an email confirmation regarding the order within just a few minutes. Within two hours I had a UPS tracking # with a scheduled delivery in two days. The item arrived about two hours after my tractor was delivered.

It took around 20 minutes to install it and make the adjustments. The first attachment I tried was the box blade. 45 seconds later I'm attached ready to go. The second attachment was the wood splitter. Since the weight of the splitter rests on the I-beam I made a wood stand to get it up in the air and off the ground. But it is always a little tippy and one of the more annoying attachments to deal with. Nothing like a post hole digger but annoying never the less. With Pats system it took a little longer, two minutes at the most, because I had to shorten up the top link on the three point to make the splitter level. It's just the difference in hookups beteen the different attachments. There doesn't appear to be a great interest among the manufacturers to have the same standard.

The category 1 pins on all of my implements are within a quarter inch of one another so my 26" setting works with everything. So its just a matter of a little tweaking of the top link and I'm good to go.

I've only had it 5 days so perhaps its a little early to be singing the praises of Pat's system. But barring a part failure I think we have a winner here. A little blitz black paint and it will look like a factory accessory.

Thanks Pat, you done good.

I just wanted to follow up on Vicky at PECS. I ordered the wrong PECS for my tractor.. today I reluctantly called them and told about my goof up.

Vicky told me not to worry, she would send out the correct PECS to me right away.. along with a return shipping label for the original order. (and I don't have to pre-pay for the new parts, just return the originals with the label provided by her.) It's on my honor.

I could not be happier with the customer service I have received from Vicky with Pat's Easy Change system. I honestly could not ask for more than I have got from her and the company. I know this may sound foolish, but I am happy with my purchase at this point without even knowing how well they will work for me, and still would be happy even if they did not- due to the absolutely outstanding customer service that was provided to me. (Trust me, I've read plenty about them.. and they always seem to work) I have never had customer service so satisfying, ever.

Thank you Vicky and Pat.

Shaun I had the same thing happen and did not even open the box but called and because of where we live I had the CAT 2 box the next day with the label and dropped off the CAT 1's at the UPS store the same day.

We have a very heavy 7' bushhog type mower and I was concerned about how it would hold up on our step hill sides with it flopping from side to side at each turn but Pat's quick hitch stood the test this summer. I did go to TSC and get bolts for every hole and used two jam nuts per bolt. After two-three uses/tweaks all was great and stayed in place.

Now when we dropped the BH and connected to the 8' box blade (heavy Bushhog brand) recently that really put a smile on our faces. The extra 4" of space between the BH and tractor really makes connecting the PTO much easier.

If I add a tractor with a 3 point hitch I will get another set for sure.
