First - I want to thank Clipse3GT. He did an install and some fantastic dash work in this thread. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/.../349196-2015-gc-1720-led-dash.html?highlight=

ROPS Mount can be found here ROPs Light Mounts These folks used to be under 20" Sirius Professional LED Flood/Spot - https://motoalliance.com/Site.Store....etails&id=1344 They appear to have changed their name or split off. Prices appear to have changed, but the kit I got is very good quality wise.

First thing I did measure up the included wiring harness, taping it to the tractor to determine where everything would fit. The harness comes with a plug to the light bar, about 8' of wire to a relay that is connected to the dash switch I selected. It is also connected to the power wires that has a fuse in line. both of those wire runs are about 3'. Once I determined everything would fit I started by putting the dash switch in. My tractor has a center cover which is plastic. I pulled it and checked for clearance. For my switch I needed about 3". I used the template you can find on the motoalliance site. Dremel tool made quick work. Note - cut inside the template first then widen. The switch does not have much of a face plate to hid any mistakes, so be careful.

First picture is of the switch in the dash. Second is of the tools and third is the backside of the dash with the switch clips in place.

Then on to mounting the light bar. This is straight forward using the mounting kit. Keep in mind where your running your wiring harness and orientate the light bar accordingly. This was a two person job for me so as not to drop the light bar. Boss unit helped.

It was at this point I re-installed my dash and plugged in the light switch running the switch wire up from the bottom, making sure to stay away from pinch points and levers. Easy to get too . Switch does need a fairly flat spot.

Next up was running the harness and finding spots for everything. I mounted the relay next to a floor mount and secured with a zip tie. then ran wires for and aft to the light and power. I took the power off of the starter. Fuse is tucked up under the floor board too. I found a good ground screw under the floor too, so everything is in place.

Looks great!
I did the same thing on my Yanmar. My LED light is a single row as I wanted the light to be inconspicuous on my tractor. Its a great help at night.

Nice light;I thought the relay had to be grounded(bolt to frame ect.)

I thought that too until I realized it had the ground through it and the mount was just a clip in the plastic case. Most relays don't and the ground is to the case like you mention.

Thanks for the great write up and install!

We have a wide range of SIRIUS PRO lights available in double, single, and curved row. They past military grade standards and include complete wiring harnesses with Deutsch connectors. You can see them at the link below and go ahead and PM me for pricing and discounts if you like. Thanks again!

BTW I did OOPS. I had the switch wired wrong - I think it came that way from the factory. I was pretty careful to mark it when taking the loom off the switch wiring. But  then again it could be operator error on may part :ashamed::) Be sure the blue wire connects to the red wire that has the jumper wire on the switch back. If you get confused look on their web page for the switch. Good information on the wiring. If you have the red and blue reversed the LED on the the switch stays lit all the time. If wired correctly it is only on when the lights are on....cool :D The folks at motoalliance.com were great to work with figuring this out.

I have used it a couple of times and I love the light pattern.

Also the supplied mounts will work - I was lazy and not wanting to drill and tap the ROPS. If I had to do over, I would probably take the time to drill and tap the ROPS and used the supplied mounts and hardware.
