Tractor
L4060
I just recently started researching a tractor for my property. I have 13 acres in New York. I found this site and boy is it addictive. I start my tractor quest looking a Kubota l3901, by the time I was done on this site I ended up buying a L4060 cab with finish mower, snow blower, pallet forks and a land pride pd25 post hole digger from Barlows. I take delivery some time next week of my tractor. Even though I am finished searching for a tractor, I find myself on this site every day looking. Guess I got tractor fever.

Thanks, Jim

Welcome aboard, Jim.
I followed a similar path.
The breadth & depth of knowledge here, along with a friendly crew makes it a great place to graze.

Day,
I think you did it right: go big or go back. Good luck with your new machine.

Like most addictions, very very costly in one way or another. :mur:

Maybe with other brands but not decently maintained Kubotas. There is an initial cost and a monthly cost for usage just like most things in life but many used Kubotas sell for more or very near initial cost if decent maintenance is performed. I've bought, sold and traded lots of Kubotas in the last 12 years and my per hour cost for usage has been very small. Get the right machine and maintain it and it's usually not even an expensive hobby.
