The tractor, loader, and the box scraper were $30K OTD if I remember right. Not sure what the tractor by itself cost, probly around $24K-$25K.

I run an L3710 Kubota and when I bought my forks I asked the exact same questions you're asking. Now I wouldn't part with them for anything. I can actually do more with them than my bucket. Last summer I had to move about thirty trees I had cut down I started by using the bucket and chains. I moved 3 then decided to try the forks. I moved the rest without getting out of the seat.
+1
I have l3130 and once the snow is gone the forks are on more than the bucket. I bought my from a dealer on ebay for $650.00 delivered to Maine. This was a much better price than I could get around here. These are heavy duty forks rated for 4000lbs. I am very happy with them. If you are going to be cutting wood you'll love'em. The QS is a perfect fit and works great. I can make the switch in less than a minute. The dealer that I got mine from is still selling them on ebay.

The LA1153 loader utilizes a "universal skid-steer" type mount system. So any implement that utilizes the same system (most of them do) will fit the mount.

im looking to buy a b3030 with the universal skid -steer type mount system, does that mean i can buy skid steer buckets,forks....ect for the tractor and just hook them up or am i going to have to buy kubota implements to mate up to their system?

If it is a "universal skid steer" adapter then you can use any of the non powered skid steer attachments. To operate any of the low flow hydraulic implements such as a grapple, you'd need to install either a diverter or rear remotes. You would never be able to use the high flow hydraulic implements such as skid steer Harley rake type attachments as you tractor doesn't have the hydraulic flow necessary.

ahh well the only thing i plan to add is pallet forks and maybe a land pride post hole digger which the b3030 does have enough to gmp to run. they make a harley rake that you pull behind a small tractor. at least i know now what i was unsure about

What I've been told (when I was looking at the B3030 a couple of years ago) is that the QA used on the B3030 is a Kubota specific QA scheme and that it is not until you get to the L series that it becomes a universal skid steer QA.

To get the universal on the B3030 you would need to buy an after-market kit. I suspect the B3030 owners on this site will be able to provide a more "enlightened" response.

ahhh the plot thickens, lol
so then i dont need to order the option of the qa if i have to modify it anyway to accept skid steer stuff. there is a auction company by me that buys simi loads of skid steer implements and sells them cheep.

I have a Horst Welding adapter which also works fine and might be less expensive than the ATI version.
