First snow storm with the new Plow and the BX (Pics /Video)

Hi All,

You may have seen my previous post (New Tractor/ Rust) the post kind of got sidetracked when I mentioned I wanted to get a plow for my new BX. Well I picked up the BX 2767 60"plow today with the quick attach system. Man this thing is awesome. Easy install and the build quality is fantastic. Its the perfect size for my driveway and ts nice to be able to push back tall banks and create some big piles . I am also a big fan of this quick attach system. Being able to drive up and hook up the bucket is pretty handy.

I was able to push and curl the snow on the blade at almost full speed which is fun! Here are some pics and a short video of today!

Heck of a storm huh? My B2650 worked great also. I used my bucket for most of it. Glad yours worked well.

This is my first year with the blade, and the first year to use the blower I've had for almost three seasons. Frankly, I'm really enjoying the blade more. I WILL put some hydraulics on it by next year. I bought the parts to make my blower electrically rotate and adjust the distance on the chute. Maybe that will make me like the blower more, but right now, the blade wins.

It does make snow removal a lot more fun. :thumbsup:
I look forward to lots of snow just so I can fire up the tractor.

Looks great. I have a B2920 and use a rear snow blower and the FEL for snow removal. You'll have to let us know how it does in deeper / heavier snow. I've heard some folks say the tractor gets pushed to the side because the front end is light, which has stopped me from trying it. The snowblowear is great, but tough on the neck. I have turfs like you, which are pretty good, though with a lot of snow you'll want chains. Not sure on the BX, but on the B I had to get wheel spacers to fit the chains. Congrats on the new toy!

I actually didnt have an issue with the front pushing to the side. I dont think I would want to push 2ft though. The rear tires are ballasted.
