Kubota RTV Tailgate single action release.

Good question. I am developing a 20 acre property that I hope to build on in the near future. I built ponds and planted trees and seeded. I bought about 100 trees and I was looking for a way to water them while I got all my irrigation set up. Initially, I carried a "cube" in the back of my...

Kubota RTV Tailgate single action release.

One 'pet peeve' I have (oh, I have many ;-)) is that the tailgate on my RTV always requires two hands to unlatch it. Often times I am carrying something when I want to open it, and I always have to set whatever I am carrying down to use two hands to unlatch both sides. Today I drilled a 1/8"...

Glow plug wire has power when disconnected, no power when connected to glow plug buss bar.

I'll take a wild stab in the dark. I would say that it could be a possible "bad connection". Connection is OK to test for power with glow plugs disconnected, but when the load is actually put on circuit, the connection is lose or corroded. I've experienced this on a circuit before. Good luck...

    Show Me Your Buddy Seat

I only have the two 10mm bolts to remove, so their isn't too much effort to install or remove.

    Show Me Your Buddy Seat

Over the Christmas holidays I began pondering making a buddy seat in my Deere 4066R. I had seen one on an earlier post (I think it was by "bavarian", but I couldn't find that thread again). I thought I would give it a go! I started with some 3/4" square tubing and began fitting it in place...

Loader Deere 3039R with Factory Cab with FEL TILT FUNCTION too stiff to comfortably use.

That was a factory mirror. I've since removed it and installed screen for my back up camera.

Loader Deere 3039R with Factory Cab with FEL TILT FUNCTION too stiff to comfortably use.

To clarify, the controls (in my opinion) were too stiff from the factory and I did have them looked at and lubed. It's frankly a bad system in my view and compound it with the limited strength I have in my arm, the added leverage helps me in my case and I do not have any fear of snapping...

    New Kubota..loader edge?

I searched this topic a few days ago and came up with this thread. It got me thinking about how I have to avoid a decorative concrete area on my property. I found a supplier locally that had various UHMW sizes and thicknesses. The sheet was easily cut on a table saw and I used an old cutting...

    Electric actuator for Fertilizer Spreader

I've had a pet peeve after buying a fertilizer spreader for my 3039R. Leaving the back window open to open/close the spreader was dusty and I was always getting pelted inside the cab by fertilizer. I saw a You Tube video where a guy hooked up an electric actuator and thought I should get...

Loader Deere 3039R with Factory Cab with FEL TILT FUNCTION too stiff to comfortably use.

I'm kind of a newbie here, and I have searched many a forum for answers. After coming up empty handed, I decided to do something about the stiff loader controls on my 3039R. This has been a problem that was bugging me for some time. I had broken my arm 11 years ago, and it's never been the...

    3-Point Hitch  John Deere 3039R 3 point Hitch dropping/pulsating

Greetings all. I've searched the forum for my answers but hoped to get a bit more info before diving in and pulling things apart. I've read that there have been more than a few cases of people having the same problem as I have. The hitch lowers slightly then jumps up again. When I shut the...

    GF1800

My brother-in-law bought a used GF1800 4x4 front mower. Nice machine, blade and a sweeper along with the 60" mower. I found it odd that it did not have power steering............I guess I assumed all the hydrostatic machines had this. Anyone know the reason they don't have this option?

    Front axel leaking BX2200

I was cutting the grass this afternoon, and notice a small amount of oil leaking from the left outer pivot on the front axel. Has anyone changed these seals themselves before? I'm thinking there must be some tie bolt inside the dipstick to tie the parts together. If there is such a tie bolt...

    BX2200 Transmission

Greetings folks. I'm new to this site, as I just stumbled on it two days ago. Been trying to catch up on some of the problems some folks have had with the BX2200. I've had the leaking fuel, air cleaner bracket, sticky pedal, all of which I'm not to concerned with. I service the unit...
