2 quick hydraulic questions, #1 does a hyd. cylinder have more power extending, retracting or sre they equal? #2 when using a needle valve to slow down the action do I need one on each line or will one control both directions? Thanks

NH TC 29, my loader has started acting goofy, when I go to dump the bucket it will dump but then if I push the joystick farther to the right to activate high speed dump (regen?) it will curl back up. This just sarted the last two time I used it. Any Ideas on what to start looking for? Thanks

What is the capacity of the hydraulic/transmission on a JD 970 with filter change? Also does it matter which plug you use to drain, there appears to be two.

Is there any particular formula for figuring out the placement of the cylinder when building a grapple, or just use a trial and error method?
