Widening lower lift pins for mower?

Thanks! Pretty much what I was thinking.... adding a second set of outside brackets, replacing the existing pins with a set of longer, larger lift pins that run from both the existing bracket through the new brackets. While not 100% exactly like this attached picture, I think this is the...

How did you widen the lift pins? Add another bracket? Longer pins? etc?

Widening lower lift pins for mower?

The tractor lift arms are adjustable by themselves, but not if you're using a quick-attach like I show in the picture. They basically make two sizes... the 36" wide, and the 30" wide.

Widening lower lift pins for mower?

I have a 5' LandPride mower (pic attached), and the lower lift pins are the narrower 30" spacing. All of my other implements are the wider 36" spacing (box blade, plows, etc). I'd love to use a 36" quick-attach on the tractor to make life easier, but this one implement (mower) is the issue...

Rotary Cutter  PTO selection for mowing / shredding ?

Hi all, the Zetor we have has two positions on the PTO (not counting Neutral). One position is - Ground speed of PTO shaft (through gearbox) - PTO shaft speed depends upon the engaged gear speed The other position is - Independent speed of PTO shaft - PTO shaft speed depends upon the engine...

    Oliver 70....project time.

I've got a matching Oliver Superior grain drill to go with it. While a mechanical resto would be good, I'm considering a paint resto on both for a (mostly) static display. Oliver Superior Grain Drill (Donkey won't be part of the restoration... ) I've had a couple of pictures...

Pulled my grandfather's old Oliver 70 out of the barn. Think it's about time for a resto.

Oil & Fuel Store diesel in plastic?

We've used 55 gallon food-grade plastic drums for years for our diesel, with a hand-crank transfer pump for filling our tractors. When Northern Tool finally offered an affordable 12V version, I jumped on it. It's back in a tractor shed, out of the weather, and we keep a small solar panel to...

Connecting hydraulic auger to rear remote connections...which one?

Thanks again JJ, worked like a charm! :) PS.... I figured I had a 50/50 chance of hooking it up right the first time, in terms of which direction the auger would turn when I pushed the lever forwards or backwards, and got it right. :)

New Belltec H-200 hydraulic auger and rock bit attached to the front loader bucket !

Finally got the our new Belltec H-200 hydraulic auger with at 9" RAD (rock and dirt) auger bit set up for our tractor. Uses the optional bracket attached to the loader bucket, and I added a couple of 20' hoses to connect to an open set of remotes on the rear. Turns about 60 RPM and just chews...

Fun weekend project: old Case plow

More grease, WD-40 and just about any other rust breaking lubricant I can find, and I hope to get her working again. Mostly all works, with the exception of the "flip over" gear that raises and lowers it. May have to pull the main wheel to get it unfrozen. It's an old Case. Not sure of the...

Zetor "Quick-Attach" items for the Front End Loader

Hi all, I have Zetor FEL on our Zetor 6441 tractor, and the loader front has the "quick-attach" setup for the bucket, etc. Aside from the Zetor-specific quick attach items (other than the bucket) like the pallet forks and hay spear, has anyone seen any kind of adapter to use something...

Connecting hydraulic auger to rear remote connections...which one?

Hi all, just picked up a hydraulic auger that will be bucket-mounted on our front end loader. We'll be running it from the set of remotes we have on the back of the tractor. My question is: Each remote "set" has three connections, labeled 0, 1 and 2. The owner's manual says: "Basic type...
