Well I took my own advice and purchased a :
Battery Powered Grease Guns - Alemite
I can say that this is the best grease gun I have ever used. Last time I grease with the Lincoln grease gun, both pneumatic and electric, I wasn't able to get grease in some of the zerks.
I just got home from using my new gun, and it was never stopped by a zerk. The funnies thing I ever saw was - I shot grease in the bucket hinges and it actually BLEW dust out the other end before the grease came out. Can you imagine that a puff of dust came out of the pin. Man the power this gun has.
I read some "complaints" on the gun that it puts out TOO MUCH grease. WHAT, too much grease, is there such a thing.
I think this is the first time I was ever able to blow through a tube of grease so painlessly.
I know in the past if I has too much hassle with a zerk I would just move on. Not anymore. I went from zerk to zerk and gave it a blast and saw the fresh stuff come out and I moved to the next and to the next never skipping a beat.
I was done so fast I hardly knew what to do with all the extra time I had.
Yes it cost a lot of money, but you know what, It ends up cheaper than buying the four other grease guns that don't do the job.
If you have a good grease gun there is no need to upgrade but to the guy reading this that had yet started on the road to buying several bad grease guns, then use this advice and buy the best first, you won't regret it. I wish this existed before I started throwing my money down the sewer.
