I tighten my grease gun coupler on & then unscrew it to loosen it on every zerk. And by zerk 2 or 3 my fingers are already slippery enough that it's difficult.

Another good "invention" would be to attach a big ol' used bath towel to your grease gun so you can wipe your hands constantly.

I like my battery powered grease gun especially when I grease my solid bearing disc it takes a whole tube and then some.

Yes, knowing that the grease tips unscrew to relieve pressure is a great tip

Just one word of caution, most handheld manual grease guns are capable of delivering 10,000psi of grease......brass fittings may not handle it..??

I got this thing whipped now by Golly! HA! I am sure everyone has issue getting
the grease tip, off of the zerk fitting from time to time even if you know the grease tip is adjustable,
and I bet ya' many of ya'll wished
there was a silly handle to hold onto to, to pull on, to get it off the zerk,
and your hands are greasie and things are slippin' and you just do not need that hassle! well, I MADE ONE and it is so, very,
simple...

I just added inline a brass cross w/ a couple of nipples and caps and a shortie
hose. Piece of cake! Combine that w/ the over the shoulder strap for it all and
greasing is a whole new, and MUCH EASIER world...:thumbsup::thumbsup:

There is a tips and tricks? HA! I might do that, it is so simple and such an
elegantly simple solution. I was meaning to add where and what I bought for
those challenged in my "How To". Here it is;

I am not endorsing Zoro Tools but it is where I found this stuff for the right
price. It was shipped incredibly fast, I would buy again from them. I bought
enough parts for 2 grease guns. The parts needed for ONE set up are;

1-Cross
2-Nipple
2-Cap

Extension hoses for grease guns are readibly available in a variety of lengths all
over the place. Your on your own there...
