Well, pictures are worth a thousand words. Steeper than it looks. Was trying to open up a run off from a pond. Found it had been blocked up enough to saturate the ground, but it was too late. Backed into a stump and could not go forward. Could not pull myself out with the dipper. Tried the quad with a winch. nothing

Wife came down, said why don't you cut the stump and back out. Cut the stump, backed out. It always takes someone else to set me straight.

I have been stuck in mud before to the point of having the flat bottom of the tractor being held up by the mud but it has never looked as wet as that. Lucky you had the mini hoe attached to help push you.
