I was greasing the front of my tractor as directed in the manual. Did the 2 fittings on the steering spindles with no problem. Attempted to do the front wheel hub/axle fittings, and could not get any grease to go into the fittings. It felt like the gun was snapping onto the fitting correctly...

I think I'm about to buy a lgtx 1050 to replace my lt 1050 in order to get a few upgrades, the main one being the power steering. Just wondering if anybody has had any first-hand experience with the electronic ps system, good or bad. Any other thoughts on the lgtx 1050 would be appreciated.

Just did my 50 hour oil change. It seems the MX5100 has 2 oil drains on the bottom of the pan, one on each side. Wonder why come this is??

Just working on changing the oil in my LT 1050. Has anyone come up with a way to replace that factory oil drain system with something that can be used to drain the oil without all the gymnastics and headstands, etc.?? That is without a doubt the most ridiculous thing I've come across in years...
