Should the 3 point on my B3200 leak down when in full raised position with a finish mower on it and shut off or should it be able to hold it in the raised position?

I need suggestions on finish mower wheels. I have a LandPride AT2572 and it came with Tractor Supply wheels on it and its wearing teh axle bearings out and bending the hubs. Where can I get some good wheels and not pay a fortune for them?
There is 3-4hp differance motor and PTO on these two tractors, is it a noticable differance when finish mowing and snow blowing? I know everyone says go bigger but its around 2500-3000 differance at the dealer I checked at.

I have a 2005 LT1050, blades are 17.875 long, .750 round hole. I contacted Gator and gave them 742-04068 blade number and they say they don't have a replacement for that blade. Has anyone found Gator or comparable blades for this machine?
Last night I was mowing up a hill when the mower stopped moving and rolled back down the hill. After investigating I found the spring on the drive belt tensioner had come off. Has anyone heard of this before? First thing I thought of when it wouldn't drive was the pump had gone $$$$$$.
