Made myself a mushroom Swiss burger explosion with a bacon weave wrap with bourbon brown sugar seasoning on the bacon. Smoke with hickory and added some bbq sauce at the end! Fantastic!

Trimmed some trees up and couldn't run some of the bigger limbs through the chipper, so...... I'm more impressed with this little machine every time I use it! Good thing I had the back blade on for a little extra counter weight. lol I think I need a set of forks.
